Chris Brown made a plea deal that spared him jail. Brown reached a deal on Mon, June 22. Brown will not go to prison. Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault. Brown will be sentenced to 5 years probation and 180 days community service in Virginia.

Brown will be sentenced to observe a protection order that states he should stay away from Robyn Rihanna Fenty, at a distance of a minimum of 50 yards. If it is an industry event, Chris Brown should stay away from Rihanna at least 10 yards. That nips off whatever romance is left between Brown and Rihanna. Rihanna’s lawyer had asked for Rihanna and Chris Brown to be allowed to be together.

There is no way Chris Brown can violate the probation. Brown faces 4 years in prison if he is caught violating the terms of his probation. Brown will be sentenced on Aug 5.
