Otilia Villar Baker, wife of Chris Baker, has filed lawsuits against several cpmpanies involved in the plane crash that killed her husband. Otilia Baker has filed lawsuits against the estates of the 2 pilots killed the crash.

Otilia Villar Baker has filed lawsuits to sue the owner of the jet plane, the 2 charter companies that rented the plane, and Goodyear Tire and Rubber that supplied the tires for the plane. Chris Baker’s boss, Travis Barker, survived the crash with injuries. DJ AM, aka Adam Goldstein, survived the crash.
