China Arnold, of Dayton, Ohio, has been sentenced to life in prison without parole. The court found her guilty of killing her daughter, Paris Talley, who was only 1 month old.

Paris Talley was microwaved to death. China Arnold was spared the death penalty because the jurors could not reach an agreement of the punishment. This was China Arnold’s second trial. Arnold’s first trial ended in a mistrial when new witnesses surfaced.
