Chelsea Stone has filed a lawsuit against Henry Ian Cusick, the actor who portrays Desmond in “Lost”. Stone filed her lawsuit against Cusick on Friday, April 24. Stone alleged Cusick sexually harassed her and molested her in October 2007.

Stone alleged Cusick touched her back and made moaning sounds. Stone said that during work on the production of “Lost”, Cusick put his hand on her bum and massaged her back while making suggestive moaning sounds.

Stone accused Cusick of touching her breasts.Stone said Cusick put used his face to rub against her breasts, squeezed her breasts and kissed her. Stone said she reported these sexual harassment incidents to her supervisor. Stone said she was told to avoid Cusick.

Stone alleged she was fired about 12 days after these incidents. Stone is suing Cusick along with ABC and Grass Skirt Productions. Chelsea Stone had worked fro ABC since 1997. Chelsea Stone is asking for unspecified damages.

ABC studios and Cusick’s manager have not commented on Chelsea Stone’s lawsuit.
