Chelsea Alexa Steele, 17, was arrested on suspicion of theft and possession of alcohol. Steele stole $147 from a wheelchair confined girl and a few other girls. The girls sold souvenir items at a community pool.

Steele is a cheerleader from Sprayberry High School. After Steel snatched the cash, she fled in a car with 3 other female teens. She was recognized and identified by some children in the area.

Steele was arrested on Saturday, July 4, and has been in jail ever since. Steele’s bond was set at $5000.
