The billboard dedicated to Charlie Weis reads “Best wishes to Charlie Weis in the 5th year of his coaching internship.” The congratulatory message was signed “Linebacker Alumni.”

Charlie Weis, the head coach of Notre Dame, is under intense pressure to beat the opponents from Nevada. After 4 years, Weis was said to be still in his internship? Even if he was, it wasn’t good to get reminded about it. That’s not encouraging to read about a head coach. Weis joked about it. He was determined not to let the billboard get him down.
