Hobbs wrote “Never Say Diet: Make Five Decisions and Break the Fat Habit For Good”, as her first book in 2008. One year later, Hobbs has published “The Never Say Diet Personal Fitness Trainer.” The second book was written as a companion to its predecessor. Hobbs describes the workouts she does to become healthily fit and maintain that level.
