Chad Johnson wants to change his name to Ocho Cinco because he wants to wear his jersey with the name Ocho Cinco. He would be fined everytime if he insists on wearing the jersey with Ocho Cinco if his name is not legally Ocho Cinco.

Do you like the name Chad Johnson more, or Ocho Cinco more? I like his original name, Chad Johnson.

Johnson registered his legal name as Ochocinco, not Ocho Cinco. He is allowed to play the new season under Ochocinco.
