Cesar Laurean & Maria Lauterbach: Laurean not father of Lauterbach’s baby

Cesar Laurean did not match that of the unborn child of Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach. Laurean was not the father of Lauterbach’s baby.

Christina Laurean visits Cesar Laurean in Mexico jail
Lance Cpl. Christina Laurean, the wife of Cpl. Cesar Laurean, has been granted leave by the Marine Corps, to visit her husband in jail, in Mexico. Cesar Laurean has been accused of killing his pregnant colleague, Maria Lauterbach, and burying her in his backyard. Maria Lauterbach had accused him of raping her. The suspected motive was that Laurean killed Lauterbach to silence her.
Cesar Laurean is presently in a jail in Mexico, awaiting possible extradition to North Carolina to stand trial. Christina Laurean is pregnant and her superiors thought her request had to be allowed. Photos are at the link.

Cesar Laurean: Laurean appeal against extradition
Cpl. Cesar Laurean, the soldier accused of murdering Marine Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach, is fighting to avoid extradition to the US. Cesar Laurean has filed an extradition appeal in a court in Mexico, where he is presently. Cesar Laurean is wanted in the US. Laurean was charged with first degree murder.
Maria Lauterbach, 20, of Vandalia, Ohio, was pregnant at 8 months when she was murdered late in 2007. Maria Lauterbach’s remains were discovered in Cesar Laurean’s backyard, near North Carolina. Both Maria Lauterbach and Cesar Laurean worked as clerks in the Marine. Laurean was found by Mexican authorities and arrested in Mexico in April, 2008.

Robert Paul Sharpe stole files on accused Cesar Laurean & victim Maria Lauterbach
Robert Paul Sharpe, 33, of Jacksonville was charged with embezzlement and misdemeanor larceny. Robert Paul Sharpe was working as an intern in the North Carolina D.A.’s office. He wrote in a loca newspaper site that he had access to confidential files in Maria Lauterbach’s murder case.
Marine Cpl. Cesar Laurean, is accused of killing Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach. Her body was burned and buried in his backyard. Robert Paul Sharpe wanted to sell copies of the files for a very high price. The Sheriff’s office sent a deputy to pose as a potential buyer. Sharpe was caught in the sting operation.
Cesar Laurean had escaped to Mexico when he was questioned about Maria Lauterbach. He was arrested in Mexico and would be extradited soon. Mexico’s authorities has asked for an agreement that Cesar Laurean be spared from the death penalty even if he is found guilty.
