Caylee Anthony’s grandfather, George Anthony, had a gun in his truck. Police acted on a tip and removed the gun. No other details were known about the gun incident or how this may affect the case.

Casey Anthony, Caylee’s mother, was released on last Friday morning. One condition for her freedom was her promise not to have or be near any firearms. On Friday night, police removed the gun. It was also revealed that police investigated Casey Anthony over some check fraud charges. Last weekend, Casey Anthony went back to jail after having her bail revoked.
