Jessica Langseth, a singer competing in American Idol 2009, is an ex convict. Langseth, of Minneapolis, was once arrested for driving under the influence. Langseth pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 4 days in jail. Langseth was on probation for 2 years but it was reduced. Langseth became free in Dec 2008.
