Who got voted off American Idol 4/15/09? There was one contestant who had the lowest number of votes from the public. However, the judges did not want to spoil the fun.

Lil Rounds sang “The Rose” by Bette Midler. This song was featured in the movie, The Rose.Lil Rounds did a good job on American Idol April 14. I like her better than Allison’s song for this week. Lil Rounds showed her melodious voice with her choice of song.

Kris Allen sang “Falling Slowly” by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova. “Falling Slowly” was used in the movie “Once”. Allen tried singing the high notes in his style.

Matt Giraud sang “Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman” by Bryan Adams, which was included in the film called Don Juan. Giraud played the piano and sang soulfully.
