Cate Blanchett was hit on her head by a radio. Cate Blanchett was on stage for “A Street Car Named Desire” when her co-actor accidentally whacked her head with a heavy radio.

Blanchett carried on but stopped after she saw she was bleeding profusely. The accident happened on Tuesday night, Sep 1. The stage show stopped as the audience was informed they had to leave as the rest of the performance was canceled.

By Wednesday, Blanchett was described as fine and expected to return to the stage.
