The grand jury in Orlando, Florida, has returned charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators against Casey Anthony in the death of her daughter, Caylee Anthony. Orlando’s State Attorney Lawson Lamar said. The grand jury has indicted Casey Anthony. Casey Anthony is being held without bond.

The Grand Jury has charged Casey Anthony even though there was no body found.
