Carson Starkey was discovered unresponsive on Dec.2, 2008, at 6:24 am. Carson Starkey had spent the night at the house where he partied the night before, in San Luis Obispo, Calif. Carson Starkey was a student at Cal Poly.

The authorities are investigating to determine if alcohol played a role in Carson Starkey’s death. The residents of the home called emergency services after they found him unresponsive. Starkey was sent to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and he passed away there. The autopsy on Carson Starkey will be done on Thur., Dec 4.

Carson Starkey’s Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter was suspended. The Fraternity was banned from organizing all activities until the university gives further notice.
