Updated Dec 21 – Mike Fisher proposed to Carrie Underwood on Sunday, Dec 20. Underwood accepted and now she is engaged to Mike Fisher. Underwood and Fisher have yet to set their wedding date.

Underwood said previously that when she reached her 26th birthday, she felt she was ready to get married and start her family. Underwood said all her high school friends were already married.

Mike Fisher and Carrie Underwood are dating. Mike Fisher plays Ottawa Senators center. Carrie Underwood is a former American Idol turned singer. Underwood was at the Ottawa Senators -Toronto Maple Leafs game Sat., Jan. 3. Underwood was seated at a private VIP box, supposedly with Mr and Mrs Fisher, Mike Fisher’s parents.

Mike Fisher refused to comment on his personal life or about dating Carrie Underwoood. Fisher and Underwood have Christian backgrounds. Mike Fisher’s friend, Tony Greco, an Ottawa fitness trainer, said Fisher and Underwood looked like the perfect couple.
