Carmella DeCesare was Jeff Garcia’s girlfriend. Garcia cheated her with a woman and Carmella DeCesare had a public fight in a bar with that woman. Carmella DeCesare faced assault charges. Charges have dampened Carmella DeCesare’s credibility.
