Kim Vo, a hair dresser and colorist, was sued by his ex customer, Carly Steele. Steele, an actress, filed a lawsuit for suffering severe, debilitating and horrible injuries after her hair smoked and burned. Kim Vo has done the hair of Britney Spears, Goldie Hawn and Paris Hilton.

Steele claimed Kim Vo used aluminium foil with a hairdryer to dry the color in her hair. The foil burned her. Steele claimed the people around her failed to remove the hot foil. The coloring agent had also burned Steele’s hair, scalp and head.

Steele’s lawsuit asked for an undetermined amount for health care costs, and damages. TMZ has the story and photo of Kim Vo.
