Carla Bruni wore Dior as her official wardrobe during her state visit to UK. Her pretty feet were shoed in Dior too. John Galliano, a British, is in charge of Paris’ Dior. Carla paid tribute to her hostess, Queen Elizabeth, by wearing his creations.
