Cameron Douglas, the actor son of Michael Douglas, was arrested on Monday, August 3. Cameron Douglas was arrested for possession of methamphetamines in New York City. Douglas has been accused of having drugs with the intention of distributing them. Douglas has been detained in police custody.

In 2007, Cameron Douglas was arrested for possession of cocaine. Douglas had a syringe of liquid cocaine in his car. Douglas was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
