Bruce Windsor used to be a good man. Windsor used to be known as an owner of a real estate company, a church deacon, soccer coach and father of 4 kids. Windsor, 43, suddenly broke ranks by becoming a bank robber on Thurs, Feb 26.

Bruce Windsor attempted a bank robbery on the Carolina First Bank in Greenville, South Carolina. Windsor allegedly tried to rob the bank using a handgun and mask.

On Friday, court documents were filed on the case of Bruce Windsor. Police said Windsor demanded money from 2 bank employers. Windsor took them as hostages. Police came. There was a nervous standoff for one hour 30minutes. Windsor released the hostages and surrendered peacefully.

Windsor’s relatives and friends said Windsor had never been in trouble before. Windsor’s sister said he may have snapped under pressure.

    I can’t believe this. Bruce would be the last guy I’d expect to do this. While rich CEO’s are getting bailout’s and spending 400K on a weekend at the spa we working American’s are loosing our livelihoods and cracking under the pressure of it.
