Brookes Harmon, 27, of Salisbury, Md., died after being bound by duct tape. Harmon, was gagged by duct tape during a home invasion. Three masked men broke into his home before midnight Friday, Jan 16. Family members in the home were ordered into a back room.

The intruders were in the house for 20 minutes. After they left, Brookes Harmon was found unresponsive. Harmon was sent to hospital, where he was pronounced dead. There will be an autopsy.
