Brittan Heller & Heide Iravani: Heller & Iravani sue online posters (video)

By Clarencia Cynrae on February 13th, 2009

Brittan Heller and Heide Iravani wanted to fight writers who posted unfavorable lies about them online. Heller and Iravani sued for defamation, invasion of privacy and emotional stress.

Heller and Iravani learned that some of the posters who wrote scandalous lies were their former school mates of Yale Law School. Iravani and Heller learned competition and jealousy could have been motives for the cyber bullying.
