Keanu Reeves wants his charge dismissed. Britney Spears also wants her charge dismissed. Spears has a misdemeanor charge for driving with an invalid license.

Britney Spears’ lawyer, Michael Flanagan, argued that Spears had obtained her California driving licence but her judge disagreed. The charge could not be dismissed just by getting a California license.

Suddenly, after tons of denial, Britney Spears is revealed to have signed on to open 2008 MTV VMA. Britney Spears was nominated for three awards and has to attend the function anyway.
