Britney Spears has allegedly discussed with her parents about marrying her boyfriend/ agent, Jason Trawick. Spears and Trawick have been allegedly involved in a dating relationship although Spears has kept the status of her relationship mum with the press.

Spears was rumored to have talked to her father Jamie and her mother Lynne about marrying Trawick. Her parents were reserved in giving their approval as they were unsure if Spears was not mistaking her close friendship with Trawick as being in love.

Spears has been married twice before. Her first marriage to her childhood acquaintance lasted for only 55 hours before her lawyers started proceedings to annul the marriage.

Spears’ second marriage to Kevin Federline didn’t last and resulted in their divorce in 2007. Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears were worried about their daughter taking the plunge into a third marriage.
