Bridget Marquardt is rooming with her new boyfriend, Nicholas “Nick” Carpenter. Marquardt bought a new home that has a Tuscan style. Marquardt proudly revealed this was her first house she bought. Marquardt and Carpenter now have a spacious home in Sherman Oaks.

Who is Nicholas Carpenter? Carpenter is a movie director. Carpenter graduated from the Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Carpenter specialized with a degree in film making. Carpenter’s past directing credits are “Thank You for Smoking” and TV shows such as “The Ghost Whisperer”.

Hugh Hefner, Marquardt’s ex boyfriend, approves of Carpenter.

Marquardt paid $1.725 million for her new digs. Marquardt wants to install her personal finishing touches like a water slide and trapeze. The former is for fun while the later piece of equipment is for Marquardt to work out her body.
