Updated Dec 20 – Gigi Levangie (Grazer) has filed a lawsuit to get a restraining order against the ex-wife of her present boyfriend. Levangie Grazer claimed the woman assaulted her on Dec 14. Levangie Grazer was at an elementary school with her son when the woman confronted her and started some physical touch which was violent.

Levangie Grazer wants the restraining order to protect herself and her children.

May 23 2009 – The divorce settlement between Brian Grazer and Gigi Grazer has been finalized in court.

Brian Grazer will pay Gigi upfront $4.5 M and a property. Grazer will pay the remaining balance of $8.75 M on that property. Gigi will get $40,000 child support payments monthly. The parents will share custody of their 2 kids. Brian will pay Gigi’s lawyer fees of $488, 977. Within 8 days, Brian Grazer has to pay Gigi the upfront money, plus lawyer fees and first month of child support money.
