Brian Dugan has been accused of murdering Jeanine Nicarico, 10, on Feb 10, in 1983. Dugan allegedly kidnapped Nicarico during a burglary. Dugan then raped her before fatally beating her to death.

Dugan is on trial for the death of Jeanine Nicarico. Dugan is currently serving life in prison for two crimes. Dugan has been implicated in the death of Nicarico based on DNA evidence. If Dugan pleads guilty, he might be saved from Death Row if the jury and judge are sympathetic.

Brian Dugan is due to enter his plea on Tuesday, July 28.
