Brenda Spencer, 16 in Jan. 1979, went on a killing spree. Brenda Spencer killed two people and wounded nine others at Cleveland Elementary School in San Diego, California. Accoording to Spencer, she started shooting at people because “I don’t like Mondays. This livens up the day.”

Brenda Spencer appealed for parole in 2005 and was rejected. That was her fourth application for parole. Spencer will not be eligible to apply for 4 years after 2005.
