Brawley King Nolte, Nick Nolte’s son, was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Brawley Nolte also faces charges of having a controlled substance in his possession. Nolte, 23, was driving and making a change in lanes when his vehicle struck another vehicle.

Police saw that Nolte was impaired and asked him to perform a field sobriety test. Police then arrested Brawley Nolte. Nolte was jailed and his bail was set at $5000.
