Brad Garrett, 48, had a confrontation with paparazzi on late Tue/ Wed. Nov. 12. The video is here. A photographer in West Hollywood has made battery allegations against Brad Garrett. TMZ said the incident happened outside Dan Tana’s restaurant in West Hollywood. Brad Garrett was outside the restaurant with a lady companion ( Girlfriend?) and several cameramen stalked him as he walked to his valet parking station. They were interested because he was with a woman. It could be big news depending on who the woman was. They would get the woman identified later.

Brad Garrett swiped at one cameraman and told him to get a real job. Brad Garrett had walked away when one cameraman provoked him by calling out, “He’s a tall faggot anyway.” Brad Garrett challenged the photographers to fight him but none accepted his challenge. One paparazzi alleged his camera was broken.

Brad Garrett was married to Jill Diven but they divorced in 2006. Garett and Diven had two children.
