Senator Joe Biden’s mother-in-law, Bonny Jean Jacobs, has died. Bonny Jean Jacobs was the mother of Jill Biden, Joe Biden’s second and present wife. Joe Biden and his family are at home in Wilmington, Delaware. Joe Biden had canceled his campaign events in Washington DC and Virginia. Joe Biden’s spokesman, David Wade, said that the Obama-Biden campaign canceled Joe Biden’s schedule for Monday and Tuesday, Oct 6 -7, because of the bereavement in the Biden family.

David Wade made a request for privacy for the Biden family during their time of mourning. Please join us in offering condolences and prayers for the family of Bonny Jean Jacobs.
