Bill Crosby gave a speech in Baltimore. Bill Crosby has this message to all blacks. He wants the black community to empower themselves by helping themselves and their children.

Bill Crosby did not put down anybody but expressed his wish to see more black parents nurture their kids. In the past, Crosby used to send stronger messages which taken as scoldings by some people.
