Beyonce said that she had a secret wedding to Jay-Z because she did not need the paparazzi, big wedding interviews or photo opportunities. Likewise, Beyonce did not want an engagement ring. Beyonce siad it was materialistic. She chose to have a small wedding because she was not a traditional woman. Every day has been a day (good day) for Beyonce so she did not feel the need to have a big wedding as her special day.

This would be the first time Beyonce has talked about her wedding to Jay-Z.
