Bernard Kerik, the ex NYC Police Commissioner, pleaded not guilty to the charged that he had lied to the White House. Kerik told the former President Bush’s aides that he had no dealings with the contractors who sought to do business with NYC. The Prosecutors claimed contractors spenbt money renovating Kerik’s apartment during 1999 – 2000.

Kerik twittered about being brought to trial for the third time on the same indictment.
