Bernard “Bernie” Madoff’s sons are Mark Madoff and Andrew “Andy” Madoff. Mark and Andrew are so far innocent of the crimes that their father was convicted off. Or else they would have been charged by now.

The Madoff sons were allegedly told by their father that he did a Ponz scheme with the investors’ money. Mark was angry while Andrew cried. Mark Madoff tracked the news on his father. Andrew Madoff was the opposite as he shuttered off the world.

Mark and Andrew Madoff have not spoken to their father since his confession to them on Dec 10 2008. The Madoff sons have not talked to their mother as they believe she would take their father’s side.

Mark Madoff’s friends are still thick with him as they believe he was unaware or uninvolved with his father’s Ponzi scheme.

One former worker of Madoff Sr said the sons tried to please their father and did not know he was capable of conducting fraud.
