Benjamin Pingle: America’s Most Wanted Benjamin Pingle (photo/ video)
By Therese Lisieux on July 12th, 2009Benjamin Pingle is a convicted killer in the State of Washington. Pingle, of Castle Rock, was convicted of killing one of his twin daughters and assaulting the other twin in 2005. Justice Pingle, 3 months old, died while Liberty Pingle had minor injuries on her head. Pingle had pleaded not guilty but the jury found him otherwise as he was around in charge of the twins when the incident happened. Benjamin received 10 years in prison.
Pingle appealed against his guilty verdict and he wanted to remain out pending his appeal. Pingle’s grandparents, Cord Stone and Marlene Stone, paid $25,000 cash and put down all their property as collateral for their grandson’s bail of $250,000. Benjamin Pingle told his grand-dad Cord Stone that he would not disappoint him.
On May 9, 2009, Pingle’s father sent him off to band practice but he disappeared after that. Cord Stone will lose his entire life’s work of 52 years if the State of Washington calls a foreclosure on his property. Stone and some people hope Pingle will be found before that happens.
Pingle’s wife has filed for divorce.
