Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback, was accused of a sexual assault. A hotel worker in Nevada has filed a lawsuit against Roethlisberger. The civil claim said Roethlisberger assaulted Andrea McNulty in his hotel room in July 2008.

Roethlisberger’s lawyer had denied the allegations on his behalf.

Roethlisberger has been sued for one civil count of assault, sexual assault and battery, false imprisonment, false pretenses, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Angela Antonetti said she was a colleague of Andrea McNulty. Angela Antonetti said McNulty did not appear stressed when she said she was raped by Roethlisberger.
