Baskin Robbins offers each 2.5 ounce scoop of ice cream for 31 cents. Baskin-Robbins is partnering with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. It will give a donation. Selected Baskin-Robbins stores will also help raise more funds for local firehouses.

The special on 31 is because Baskin Robbins has 31 flavors and it honors the number 31.
