Barry Lee Saunders, 21, has been arrested in Portland, Oregon. Saunders is due to appear in court on Fri. Saunders has to indicate if he will waive extradition or fight his return to King County, where the shootings took place in Westfield Southcenter mall, to face charges of second-degree murder and first-degree assault.
