Barksdale’s grandson Shand dead: Angela Barksdale killed Kevion Shand?

Kevion Shand, 4, died of brain injuries. Shand’s grandmother, Angela Barksdale, 45, has been charged with second degree murder. On Saturday, Feb 21, Shand was found dead in Barksdale’s apartment in Bronx.

Police found Shand dead and there was another child, a toddler who was one and a half years old in the same home. This young girl is also a grandchild of Barksdale. A neighbor, Teddy Moe,40, said Barksdale had a drug problem. Other neighbors were shocked and did not know anything unpleasant about Barksdale.

    I think that the mom is a crazy animal for allowing her children to go with the mother knowing she was a druggie and also used to beat her as a child. She should also be blamed for that. Why can’t people take their own responsibilities? It seems since she doesn’t have any of her children she’s living the high life at Evergreen PT (LOW INCOME HOUSING) If she wouldn’t of done what she did at work last year she would of had her children with her. That’s why she was serving jail time for having sex with a underage person……. RIP Kevion
