Updated – The George Bush family source said Barbara Bush is not getting married to Jay Blount. George Bush’s spokesman refused to comment on the nuptials. The spokesman’s job does not include addressing concerns on the personal lives of George Bush’s daughters.

Barbara Bush and Jay Blount may be getting married in summer 2009. Gossip said marriage was on the cards for Bush and Blount.

Jay Blount is a graduate of Yale (2005). Blount works for Casey Quirk, an investment management consultant firm. Casey Quirk pays its staffers 6 figure salaries.

Yale University’s “Rumpus”magazine wrote that Jay Blount was initially rejected by Yale. Barbara Bush’s dad wrote Blount a letter of recommendation. Blount received a place and one year of free tuition.
