“Barack the magic negro” is a video on a song written by Paul Shanklin. Rush Limbaugh played “Barack the magic negro” during the period of the presidential election campaign.

Chip Saltsman, Mike Huckabee’s former campaign manager, is now a candidate for RNC chairman seat. Chip Saltsman distributed Christmas presents which were CDs. The CD included an old song, “Barack the magic negro”, by Paul Shanklin (also known as the Rush Limbaugh collaborator). Saltsman thought it would help him on the issue of the RNC chairman stake.
