Mario Lopez, the host of EXTRA, had a privileged interview with Sen. Barack Obama. EXTRA aired this episode on Oct. 26. Obama spoke to Lopez about Jennifer Hudson and her tragedies. Obama revealed to Lopez that he has reached out to offer prayers and help through the media although he said he could not get a personal telephone number to call her.

Obama mentioned his visit to his grandmother in Hawaii. She told him to continue his work and not mind her so much. Obama shared his views with Mario Lopez on why he wants the Latino community to vote for him. Obama said he would reward the hard work of the Latinos and change the system.
