Bar Refaeli and her new male friend, Teddy Sagi, were seen together, Teddy Sagi is one of Israel’s top 30 richest men. Sagi is a multi-millionaire and the founder of a gambling company, Playtech. Refaeli is 24 while Sagi is 34.

Sagi sold 25% of Playtech for $250 million and he retained 40% of the company.
