Austin Wuennenberg, 21, was the train driver who died at Disney’s monorail in Magic Kingdom section of Walt Disney World, Florida. Wuennenberg’s train and another train collided. Wuennenberg died at around 2 am Sunday morning, July 5.

The other train was emotionally upset and was sent to hospital for observation. Around 5 – 6 Walt Disney World train patrons were treated at the scene.

Wuennenberg was a student at the Stetson University in nearby DeLand. Wuennenberg’s home is in Kissimmee and his relative refused to comment. Disney has shut down its monorail pending further investigations.
