Aurelia Gallardo, 24, has been charged with child endangerment in Austin, Texas. Aurelia Gallardo allegedly assaulted her child before throwing her into the path of an oncoming vehicle. The driver braked hard and avoided hitting the child. Gallardo was arrested and her bail was set at $25,000. Gallardo could face a long jail term of up to 20 years if she is found guilty and convicted on child endangerment charges.

On Tue., Oct 28, Aurelia Gallardo was at a bus stop with her 3 children. An eye witness said he saw Gallardo assaulting her daughter. When Gallardo boarded the bus, the driver said he heard her screaming 4 letter words at her daughter. Police had arrived by then and they stopped the bus and arrested Gallardo. Aurelia Gallardo was arrested and the three kids have been taken into the custody of the Child Protective Services.
