Atiba Spellman, 33, is wanted by police in connection with 2 deaths. A man found dead outside on the street near an apartment complex and a woman found dead inside an apartment could be connected to Atiba Spellman.

Spellman is a person of interest in the double murders that were discovered on Saturday morning, Dec. 6. Atiba Spellman was known to be a student of Iowa State University. Spellman lived off campus.

When police responded to a call to the apartment complex, they found the dead man at 2:15 am Saturday, Dec. 6. There was a trail of blood leading to an apartment, where they found the body of the woman.

Atiba Spellman has a 1995 Buick LeSabre with 4 doors and a cracked windshield. The 2 dead people will not be named until their families have been notified.
