Ashton Kutcher, the hot husband of Demi Moore, has a twin brother named Michael. Michael Kutcher has cerebral palsy.

Michael Kutcher related anecdotes of how he was teased during childhood in Iowa and Ashton would come to his rescue. Ashton Kutcher was the elder twin by about 5 minutes and he acted as the protector of his brother.
