Ashley J Roberta died, Charlie Davies was injured and one other passenger of the same car was affected when the driver lost control of the vehicle. Roberta wasn’t the driver and the driver has not been named yet.

Charlie Davies is the starter for a US national soccer team. Davies suffered serious injures and although his injuries are non-life threatening, they may end his soccer career. Davies was in the car when it crashed on the George Washington Memorial Parkway, on Tuesday, October 13.

Davies has been operated on and is condition was described as stable.
